To support easier self-management and long-term sustainability, we migrated the Angel Eyes website from WordPress to Squarespace. The transition included a full copy rewrite, site structure overhaul, and complete visual redesign to create a more intuitive, accessible experience for both the organization and the families they serve.

This site redesign centered on thoughtful user experience. Our goal was to make it easier for grieving families to find support without overwhelm, for donors to give with confidence, and for volunteers to engage with purpose. Every page was restructured to guide visitors gently, clearly, and quickly to the information they need. Throughout the process, we also brought greater visibility to the organization’s impact, helping more people understand the powerful work Angel Eyes does for families in grief.

To simplify access and streamline operations, we restructured the site to house both Angel Eyes locations under a single URL with separate, location-specific navigation for Colorado and Ohio. This approach helps users quickly connect with their local team, events, and support services. No redirects, no confusion. It also unifies event registration, donations, and volunteer efforts while empowering the Angel Eyes team to manage everything in one place, instead of juggling three separate platforms.
