Due to the nature of our service, we do not offer refunds once a course, guide or custom work has been delivered. 

If you have scheduled work that you wish to cancel, you can contact us at info@maevanmarketing.com. Please note that we offer a digital service. Therefore, we opt to fix the problems before offering a return or refund. 

Damages and issues
Please review your optimized listings or website upon reception and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the nature of our services, we are unable to offer returns. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. 

Refunds
